We stayed in a room that was right at the beach in the sand and enjoyed its beautiful decor. the outdoor shower and palm frond roof were amazing! the lush garden and private beach were also nice.

There were no beach chairs provided and only bottled water at check-in.

We visited during Christmas time and had a great time. The beachfront location was perfect for soaking up the sun and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which included a wide variety of Mexican dishes and fresh juices. The staff was friendly and always available to assist with anything we needed.

We expected more amenities for the price we paid. There was no restaurant or bar on site, and we had to go to a nearby restaurant for breakfast, which was limited.

We had the most beautiful beachfront room at Esencial in Tulum. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and only a few steps away from the ocean. The room was incredibly romantic and exceeded all of our expectations. The staff was also amazing and very helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
